A fabulously fizzy festive treat that is guaranteed to impress your friends and family.

Ingredients

• 50ml Cointreau
• 20ml fresh Lime juice
• 1 slice fresh lime to serve
• 100ml Sparkling Water

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour in the Cointreau, squeeze over the 20ml fresh lime juice then top up the glass with 100ml sparkling water. 
3. Finish by adding a slice of fresh lime as a garnish, serve and enjoy!
