Directions:
1. Fry onion until translucent in a heavy based pan
2. Add garlic and fry for further 2 minutes
3. Add mince and brown
4. Stir in the chilli con carne cooking sauce
5. Add kidney beans
6. Bring to boil and add the chocolate
7. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes
8. Serve with rice and sour cream
