How To Make A Smoothie

Although vegetable smoothies don't sound as appetizing as a fruit smoothie, you'd be surprised at just how yummy they are (as long as you mix the right ingredients!) Give our recipe below a try, or get creative with your favourite selection of fruit and veg - you never know, you might create a taste sensation that is both delicious AND nutritious!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Apple, Chopped

1 Carrot, Chopped

2 Handfuls Spinach

4 Florets Broccoli

Orange Juice (as much as you like!)

Ice Cubes (as many as you like!)

DIRECTIONS

1.Throw all the above ingredients into a blender

2. Whizz up until the fruit and vegetables are blended together smoothly.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
