Jazz up your Fruit Salad with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a few sprigs of fresh mint.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 200g Mixed Berries
- 200g Mango, sliced
- 200g Peach, sliced
- 200g Melon, sliced
- 200g Apple, sliced
- 200g Pineapple, sliced
- Handful Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
- 100ml Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
Method:
- Mix all of the fruit together in a large bowl, removing any cores, pits or stems.
- Scatter the chopped mint and sugar over the fruit, mix well, then serve in smaller dishes with a spoonful of Greek Yoghurt.
