Butter roasted carrots

Ingredients

    1kg of carrots

    3 tbsp of butter, melted

    Salt & pepper

Method

Step.1 Chop your carrots in baton shapes

Step.2 Heat oven to 190 degrees

Step.3 Add your carrots to a baking tray and pour over melted butter

Step.4 Mix around carrots so that they are all coated

Step.5 Sprinkle on your desired amount of salt & pepper

Step.6 Place in the oven for 30 minutes (check a couple of times and stir them around to

stop them sticking and to make sure they cook evenly)

Step.7 Then they are done! The perfect side.
