Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients

• 50ml Malibu Watermelon
• 15ml lime juice
• 100ml soda or lemonade
• 10 mint leaves
• Chunks of watermelon

Method

1. Add watermelon, mint leaves and lime juice into a highball glass.
2. Gently muddle and then fill glass with ice.
3. Add Malibu Watermelon and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon wedge.
