1. In a food processor or blender, mix the chickpeas, jalapenos, red peppers, tahini, lemon juice & garlic.
2. Blend, and mid-way through add the cumin and salt & pepper to taste
3. Blend further until smooth adding the jalapeno juice to taste
4. Decant and sprinkle paprika on top, as well as adding a few chickpeas on top
5. Serve
