AIOLI
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 250ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch black pepper
Method
Mash the garlic and salt in a small bowl to form a paste. Whisk in the mayonnaise, oil and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper.
CURRY TOMATO SAUCE
Ingredients
- 250ml tomato sauce
- 3-4 tsp mild curry powder
Method
Gently heat the tomato sauce in saucepan over a low heat. Add the curry powder to taste, 1 teaspoon at a time. Once the sauce has thickened slightly, take off the heat. Allow to cool before serving.
SOUR CREAM & CHIVE
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp fresh chived, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve.
HONEY MUSTARD
Ingredients
- 125ml mayonnaise
- 75ml wholegrain or Dijon mustard
- 75ml runny honey
- Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve
