French crepes
Step 1. Add flour, salt, sugar into mixing bowl
Step 2. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs
Step 3. Stir with ballon whisk, slowly beat in melted butter, milk & water
Step 4. Whisk briskly to a thin batter
Step 5. Gently heat pan, wipe a little melted butter over base
Step 6. Drop a small ladleful of batter into pan, swirl to coat base evenly in thin layer
Step 7. Cook 2 mins until underside golden, flip and cook other side for 1min or so
Step 7. Stack crepes on warm plate separated with baking paper
