Ambrosia Meringue and Strawberry Mess
Ingredients
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 1 tin Ambrosia custard
- 4 meringue nests
Instructions
- Roughly chop the strawberries, keeping 4 slices to one side.
- In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and custard.
- Break up the meringues and combine.
- Spoon into glasses and top with the remaining slices. Enjoy!
