Passionfruit Martini

With an exotic flavour mix of passionfruit and orange blossom this one is a perfect fit for any occasion, from night time parties with friends to being enjoyed on a sunny afternoon as the perfect Spritz. Getting to know Absolut Passionfruit is easy. Just add some lemonade, mango and lime juice into an ice filled highball glass, garnish it with lime wheel and pineapple's leaf and you’ve got yourself a Passion for Days. And this is just one of many.

Ingredients

• 45ml Absolut Vanilla

• 25ml passionfruit purée

• 15ml vanilla syrup

• 1 pineapple slice

• 2 half passionfruit

Method

1. Muddle one slice of pineapple in a shaker.
2. Add Absolut Vanilla, passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit, vanilla syrup, and passion fruit purée.
3. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with 1/2 passion fruit floating.
5. Serve accompanied with a shot of Champagne.
