Ingredients

• 50ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
• 6-8 Mint Leaves
• 12.5ml Lemon juice
• 12.5ml simple syrup
• Crushed ice

Extra

• Cocktail shaker
• Mint spring to garnish

Method

1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
2. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
3. 2/3 fill a glass with crushed ice
4. Strain the liquid into the glass and add a mint spring to garnish
